Building A Good Relationship With Someone Some Points

When we are trying to build a good relationship with someone some points to remember are to always be polite and respectful to who ever we are talking to. Even if we donà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬TMt agree with everything they are saying. Always listen and talk with respect, ask questions about what they are saying and discuss and talk things through. We may not always agree with others but by listening discussing we can avoid a confrontational situation, which may lead to an uncomfortable environment. We want both sides to feel comfortable talking to each other and communicate well so future conversations are possible with out and bad feeling. For example: I had a personal experience when discussing an issue. I didnà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬TMt agree with the person I was talking to and we had clear differences in opinion. But we both remained professional and calm and listened showing respect for each other opinions and although the other person was in a position of authority no voices were raised to make me feel she had more power in the discussion and we were able to have positive communication. We understood each others points and where respectful considerate of our differences in opinions. This had made our relationship better and there is clear respect between us.
